| This study was conducted for the National Pre-kindergarten Center at the Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute – established to help local, state, and federal leaders develop and implement high quality pre-kindergarted programs through research, policy analysis, technical assistance, and communication. From February 2002 to September 2004, the SRU interviewed 1245 administrators of early childhood education programs at all U.S institutions of higher learning. | |
