Five-A-Day: Black Churches United for Better Health (Final Follow-up)

This project was the final follow-up telephone survey to assess changes among baseline subjects and their exposure to and participation in various intervention components introduced by the project between the baseline and interim surveys. Between September and December 1996, the SRU conducted CATI interviews with 2,500 subjects.
