North Carolina Healthy Start Baby Love Plus Program--Consumer Survey

The UNC Sheps Center for Health Services Research designed and implemented a face-to-face survey to evaluate the effectiveness of the Medicaid Baby Love Program and to identify areas for improved or additional services. Trained project staff interviewed women at selected North Carolina health clinics who were participating in the Baby Love Program. The SRU's role in the study was to program the survey instruments for computer-assisted personal interviewing (CAPI) administration.
