Planet Beach Franchising Corporation Franchisee Satisfaction Survey
| The SRU, in collaboration with the Planet Beach Franchising Corporation, designed and administered a telephone survey to evaluate franchisee satisfaction with a variety of services (e.g. software technical support, on-site training, product ordering) offered by the Planet Beach Corporate Office. SRU staff played a significant role in research design and questionnaire development and led the data collection and analysis phases of the study. In the fall of 2001, the SRU completed 83 CATI interviews with Planet Beach franchisees and prepared an analysis report for the Corporate Office. Planet Beach Franchising Corporation and its franchisees operate tanning salons throughout the US and Canada with corporate headquarters in Marrero, Louisiana. | |
