This telephone survey of adult residents of Wake County, North Carolina was done as a component of a community assessment of the county. The general goal was to profile health and social needs, barriers to service resources in Wake County, and behavior related to the use of existing county services. Using a geographically stratified RDD sample of residential telephone numbers, the SRU conducted CATI interviews with 1,000 Wake County residents. | |
